JANSR2N7650U8C is QPL qualified.

Its low RDS(on) and fast switching times make IRHNMC9A7024 ideal for DC-DC converters and motor drives in space applications. LET characterization up to 90 MeV·cm2/mg provides improved SEE immunity.
