The rad hard N-channel MOSFET JANTXVR2N7394U has a 60V rating and 35A current rating in a single package with proven performance and reliability for space applications. Housed in a SMD-1 package, this QPL-qualified R4 MOSFET offers electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID, low RDS(on), and gate charge reduces power losses in satellite bus and payload switching applications.

IRHN7054 R4 N-channel MOSFET, with IR HiRel rad hard HEXFET technology, is ideal for space applications with 60V and 35A.
