IRHE7110 is a 100V, 3.5A rad hard single N-channel MOSFET with IR HiRel R4 HEXFET technology, which has proven high performance in satellite bus and payload systems. This COTS device comes in a surface mount 18-pin package with electrical performance up to 100krad(Si). SEE hardened and characterized for performance up to 100 krad(Si) TID. An ideal choice for isolated DC-DC converters, electric propulsion, thermal management and motor drives.
