IRHE3110

IRHE3110 is a rad hard MOSFET with IR HiRel R4 HEXFET technology, which provides high performance power in space applications. This COTS device has a break down voltage rating of 100V and drain current of 3.5A. This N-channel MOSFET comes in a surface mount 18-pin package with electrical performance up to 300krad(Si). SEE hardened, it's a proven choice for DC-DC converters, motor drives, electric propulsion and thermal management.
