It supports JEDEC JESD251 Octal (8D-8D-8D/8S-8S-8S) plus SPI, operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to 105°C. Octal DDR runs at 166 MHz for 333 MByte/s bandwidth. Built-in ECC (SECDED), CRC data integrity, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection improve robustness.
