It uses the JESD251 HYPERBUS™ xSPI DDR interface at 166 MHz, delivering up to 333 MByte/s with DS strobe support. It offers 256-byte/512-byte program buffer, ECC (SECDED), interface and data-integrity CRC, SafeBoot, and 4 KB/256 KB sectors.
