The S26HS02GTFPBHB040 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, compliant with JEDEC JESD251 xSPI and supporting HYPERBUS™ (DDR up to 332 MBps at 166 MHz) and legacy SPI. It features ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, built-in ECC, and advanced sector protection. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C) and ensures at least 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years data retention.
