Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it uses 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and features ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, sector protection, and Endurance Flex architecture. Designed for automotive, industrial, and embedded systems, it offers minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles.
