The S25HS02GTFABHV153 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with dual-die architecture. It supports Quad SPI at up to 102 MBps (DDR, 102 MHz) and operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V. Features include ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, Endurance flex for up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, built-in ECC, and advanced sector protection. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and -40°C to +125°C range suit automotive and industrial use.
