The S25HL512TFANHM010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. Designed for automotive and industrial applications with ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, it offers flexible sector architectures and supports Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and standard SPI interfaces up to 102 MBps. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, endurance reaches 1,280,000 cycles. Integrated ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection ensure robust data integrity and security.
