The S25HL512TDPNHV013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad, Dual, and standard SPI with data rates up to 102 MBps. It features flexible sector architectures, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V at -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). The device offers up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles, 25 years data retention, ECC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection for automotive and industrial use.
