The S80KS2563GABHV023 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V Octal xSPI (DDR) interface. It supports up to 200 MHz clock and 400 MB/s throughput with RWDS strobe/mask and configurable linear or wrapped bursts (16/32/64/128 B). The BHV option is a 24-ball FBGA, GA speed grade, Industrial Plus -40 to 105°C, with 35 ns tACC, 1.7 to 2.0 V VCC, and 15 µA deep power-down at 105°C.
