S80KS2563GABHM023 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V Octal xSPI interface (8-bit DQ, RWDS, CS#, RESET#) for high-bandwidth memory expansion. It supports DDR operation up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MBps (3,200 Mbps) throughput and 35 ns max access time, plus linear or wrapped bursts to 128 bytes. The AEC-Q100 Grade 1 option operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40°C to +125°C in a 24-ball 5 x 5 FBGA.
