The S80KS2563GABHB023 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V Octal xSPI interface for external memory expansion. It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz for up to 400 MB/s (3,200 Mb/s) throughput, 35 ns maximum access time, and configurable linear or wrapped bursts (16 to 128 bytes). The AEC-Q100 Grade 2 option operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across –40°C to +105°C in a 24-ball FBGA.
