The S80KS2563GABHA020 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V Octal xSPI interface and 8-bit DDR data bus for high-bandwidth RAM expansion in automotive systems. It supports up to 200 MHz clock and 400 MBps throughput, with 35 ns max access time. AEC-Q100 Grade 3 qualified, it operates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V and -40°C to +85°C, and includes hybrid sleep and deep power down.
