S80KS2562GABHV020 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V HYPERBUS interface. It uses an 8-bit DDR bus for up to 400 MBps at 200 MHz and 35 ns max access time. It runs from 1.7 V to 2.0 V in a 24-ball FBGA (6 x 8 x 1.0 mm), supports linear or wrapped bursts (16 to 128 bytes) with hybrid option, and offers hybrid sleep plus deep power-down at 15 µA (105°C) to reduce standby power.
