The S80KS2562GABHM023 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V HYPERBUS™ interface (8-bit DQ, RWDS, CS#, RESET#). It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz (up to 400 MBps) with configurable linear and wrapped bursts (16/32/64/128 B). Automotive grade operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40 to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), enabling external RAM expansion for embedded and automotive systems.
