S80KS2562GABHM020 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM with a 1.8 V HYPERBUS interface for external RAM expansion. It supports DDR transfers up to 200 MHz (400 MBps) with 35 ns max access time, an 8-bit DQ bus with CS# and RESET#, plus configurable linear or 16/32/64/128-byte wrapped bursts. RWDS provides read data strobe and write mask. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 spans -40°C to 125°C in a 24-ball FBGA.
