The S29PL032J60BFI070 is a 32 Mbit (2 Mword × 16-bit) 3 V-only Flash memory device with Enhanced VersatileIO™ and simultaneous read/write operation. It supports 8-word page mode and fast random access, operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply. Four FlexBank memory banks enable two concurrent operations. Typical standby current is 0.2 μA, cycling endurance is 1 million cycles per sector, and data retention is 20 years. Offered in a 48-ball Fine-pitch BGA package.
