The S25FL128LAGBHI023 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm floating gate technology, supporting single, dual, and quad I/O SPI at up to 133 MHz. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified (–40°C to +105°C). With a 256-byte page buffer, flexible erase options, advanced security, and 100,000 P/E cycles, it is ideal for automotive ECUs and embedded code storage in harsh environments.
