The S25FL128LAGBHI020 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory with 65-nm floating gate technology, supporting up to 133 MHz clock and Quad I/O. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and rated for –40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it features 256-byte page programming, uniform 4 KB sector erase, advanced security with individual and region protection, and a minimum 100,000 program/erase cycles.
