The S25FL128LAGBHB023 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) serial NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology, supporting SPI multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad interfaces plus DDR options. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across industrial and automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 grade 1). Maximum read speed is 66 MBps (quad DDR) and page programming rate is 854 KBps.
