It supports single, dual, and quad SPI interfaces, with read speeds up to 54 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles per sector and is available in industrial and automotive grades (AEC-Q100, up to 125°C). Security features include OTP and block protection. Ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and embedded storage.
