The S29GL128S11FHBV20 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory device using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It operates with a 3.0 V core, versatile I/O from 1.65 V to VCC, and a x16 data bus. Fast random access down to 90 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns enable execute-in-place and code storage. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, hardware ECC, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification for –40°C to +105°C automotive use.
