The S29GL128S11DHBV20 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) parallel NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC). It features a 16-bit data bus, 110 ns random access, and 32-byte page mode reads as fast as 25 ns. Built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, it offers a 512-byte programming buffer, hardware ECC for single-bit error correction, and advanced sector protection.
