The S29GL128S10TFV023 is a 128 Mb parallel flash memory device using MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, random access as fast as 90 ns, and page access down to 15 ns. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it includes a 512-byte programming buffer, automatic ECC, and advanced sector protection. Endurance is rated at 100,000 cycles and data retention for 20 years.
