The S29GL128S10TFIV10 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous page mode read with random access time as fast as 100 ns. Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), it supports industrial plus temperature range (–40°C to +105°C).
