The S79FL256SDSMFVG03 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) dual-quad SPI NOR flash memory based on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase performance. It features an 8-bit wide dual-quad I/O interface, supports SPI and DDR read commands up to 80 MHz, and offers page programming up to 3 MB/s.
