The S29PL032J55BFI070 is a 32 Mbit (2M × 16-bit) 3 V parallel NOR Flash memory with Enhanced VersatileIO™ supporting flexible I/O voltages (2.7–3.6 V). It delivers page access times as fast as 20 ns, random access down to 55 ns, and supports simultaneous read/write operations with zero latency. Sector protection includes password and persistent modes, and standby current is typically 0.2 μA. Automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) versions are available.
