The S29GL512T13TFNV20 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) MIRRORBIT™ flash memory with parallel interface and 3.0 V core. It delivers random access times down to 100 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, with versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Supporting ×8/×16 data bus, 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection, it achieves up to 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
