The S29GL01GS11TFIV23 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory based on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, asynchronous page-mode read, random access times as fast as 100 ns, and page access times down to 15 ns. Operating from a 3.0 V core with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), it offers a 512-byte write buffer, internal ECC, uniform 128 kB sectors, and advanced sector protection. Suitable for –40°C to +105°C automotive and industrial use.
