The S29GL01GS11TFIV13 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus, asynchronous read access as fast as 110 ns random and 25 ns page, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), it supports –40°C to +105°C industrial plus temperature and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification.
