S29GL128S10FHI020

The S29GL128S10FHI020 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, page-mode read as fast as 15 ns, random access down to 90 ns, and operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. Supporting industrial and automotive temperature ranges up to 105°C, it offers a 512-byte write buffer, internal ECC, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles.
