The S29GL128S10FHI010 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory based on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with 3.0 V core and I/O from 1.65 V to VCC. It offers a 16-bit data bus, 100 ns random access, 512-byte programming buffer, and uniform 128 KB sectors. Hardware ECC, advanced sector protection, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure reliability. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100), it is ideal for automotive, industrial, and embedded code and data storage.
