The S29GL01GS11TFI010 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 3.0 V core and I/O voltage range of 2.7 V to 3.6 V. It features a 16-bit data bus, 100 ns random access, 15 ns page access, a 512-byte programming buffer, and internal ECC for single-bit error correction.
