The S29GL01GS11FHI020 is a 1 Gb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It delivers page access as fast as 15 ns and random access down to 100 ns. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, it supports versatile I/O from 1.65 V to VCC and a ×16 data bus. Key features include a 512-byte programming buffer, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles.
