The S29GL01GS11FHB020 is a 1 Gb parallel NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V core, versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), and 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, asynchronous page mode reads (15 ns page, 110 ns random access), and a 512-byte programming buffer. Advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure reliability. Operating from –40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2), it is designed for automotive and industrial use.
