The S29GL01GS11DHV020 is a 1 Gb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous read access as fast as 100 ns (random) and 15 ns (page mode). Operating from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O, it supports 512-byte write buffer programming and robust ECC for single-bit error correction.
