The S29GL01GS11DHV013 is a 1 Gb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse parallel flash memory with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (1.65 V to 3.6 V), designed for embedded systems needing high density and performance. It features a 16-bit data bus, uniform 128 kB sectors, page access as fast as 15 ns, and random access time of 100 ns. Integrated 512-byte write buffer and internal ECC enhance data integrity. AEC-Q100 qualification supports automotive and industrial environments.
