The S29AL016J70BAI010 is a 16 Mbit, 3 V boot sector Flash memory for embedded and automotive systems. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports 70 ns access times. Meeting AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (-40°C to +85°C), it offers hardware sector locking, low VCC detection, and secured silicon sector protection.
