The S25FS064SAGNFI030 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) serial NOR flash memory with 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 133 MHz. Typical uses include code shadowing, XIP, and embedded data storage. Advanced sector protection, ECC, and flexible sector options enhance reliability. The 8-contact LGA package supports industrial temperature ranges.
