The S25FS064SAGMFM013 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports 1.7 V to 2.0 V operation, SPI Multi-I/O (x1, x2, x4), and DDR up to 133 MHz. With a 512-byte page buffer, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention, it is ideal for code storage, XIP, and automotive embedded systems from -40°C to +125°C.
