Supporting SPI, Dual, Quad, and DDR up to 133 MHz, it delivers up to 80 MBps read speed and 20-year data retention. With a 1024-byte OTP region, advanced sector protection, and operation from –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it is ideal for demanding automotive and industrial uses.
