The S25FS064SAGBHI020 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) serial NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and ECLIPSE architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O at 1.8 V, with single, dual, and quad I/O including DDR modes. The device offers up to 80 MBps read rates, 100,000 program-erase cycles, flexible sector architectures, and advanced security with OTP and password protection. It operates from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
