The S25FL512SDSMFV013 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, DDR commands, and 32-bit addressing for flexible embedded applications. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use up to 125°C.
