The S25FL512SDSMFM010 is a 512 Mb SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase speeds. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, with SDR and DDR modes up to 80 MBps, and operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O voltage. With 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and integrated ECC, it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and secure data storage.
