The S25FL512SDSMFB010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports up to 80 MBps quad DDR read, 32-bit addressing, and automatic ECC. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use with temperature ranges up to 125°C.
