The S25FL512SDSBHMC13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory featuring Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, quad SPI, and DDR read modes up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it delivers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year retention.
