The S70KS1283GABHV023 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with Octal xSPI interface and 1.8 V-only operation (VCC 1.7 V to 2.0 V). It supports 200 MHz DDR transfers for up to 400 MBps bandwidth with 35 ns max access time. In a 24-ball FBGA package, it offers Hybrid Sleep, Deep Power Down, and partial array refresh for embedded RAM expansion in MCUs and SoCs with reduced standby power.
