S70KS1283GABHV020 is a 128 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for high-bandwidth buffer memory over an Octal xSPI interface. It runs from 1.8 V-only VCC/VCCQ (1.7 V to 2.0 V) and uses an 8-bit DQ bus with RWDS plus RESET#. 200 MHz DDR transfers deliver up to 400 MBps throughput with 35 ns tACC, supporting linear or wrapped burst lengths to 128 bytes. The 24-ball FBGA Industrial Plus grade is rated -40 to 105°C.
